• Payment information processed through Stripe. TopNode LLC never receives or stores your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
• Usage data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard server logs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalize the WealthLoom retirement analysis service
• Process payments through our third-party payment processor, Stripe
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

4. Documents and Uploaded Content

Documents you upload are used solely to generate your retirement analysis. We strongly advise you not to upload documents containing full Social Security numbers, account passwords, or complete financial account numbers. Documents are processed through AI models and are not permanently stored on our servers after your analysis is complete.

5. AI Processing

WealthLoom uses third-party AI services to analyze your documents and generate retirement analysis reports. Your document content and demographic information may be transmitted to these AI processing services as part of generating your report. These services are bound by their own privacy and data handling policies.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Stripe — our payment processor, to complete transactions
• AI service providers — to process your documents and generate analysis reports
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — when required by applicable law

We retain your personal information and uploaded documents only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
