WealthLoom is an AI-powered document analysis tool that generates retirement planning reports based on documents and information you provide. Our services are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice of any kind.
TopNode LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, attorney, or tax professional. The analysis and reports generated by WealthLoom are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided solely for general informational purposes. Nothing in our services should be construed as financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. You should always consult with a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial or retirement planning decisions.

WealthLoom charges a one-time fee of $29 for a full retirement analysis report. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery of AI-generated analysis reports upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once an analysis has been generated. If you experience a technical error that prevents your report from being delivered, please contact us at info@topnode.cloud within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
All content, design, software, and technology used in our services is the property of TopNode LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission. The analysis reports generated for you are for your personal use only.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TopNode LLC does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TopNode LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any analysis report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopNode LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on any analysis report generated by WealthLoom.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Indiana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
